I recommend completing this in Angel Pine which is the small area in the bottom left corner of the map. You will find the ambulance hiding near the back of the church. It is much easier and faster to complete this in Angel Pine because the area is so small and it is a relatively straight forward layout.
After completion you will have receive maximum health bar which I believe is 150%.
