  Once you have unlocked the full map in game this trophy is obtainable. However I recommend either collecting 100 packages or using the cheat to unlock the Hunter helicopter and Rhino Tank. I personally prefer the tank. Once you have the tank it is invulnerable so just keep blowing stuff up and killing (You can be pulled out of the tank and busted or killed so keep moving). Once you have caused enough chaos especially against police you will get 6 wanted stars, the achievement will pop, and the army will come after you (don't worry enemy tanks never shoot). Also this complements the Going green, Bull in a china shop, and I'm famous achievements as well and is best done while going for those achievements.

  You wont be able to accomplish this in the begining of the game since the game locks about 2 or 3 stars for you. But mid point or at least when you have access to the full map you should be able to obtain six stars...GO somewhere like on a building or some area where you wont get swarmedas fast and start uses rocket, grenades or any gun you can aim with and create total carnage and you will eventually get the six stars. ( the mall might be a easy place to achieve this).
