This trophy will come over time. I am not very good at the game averaging 1 or 2 kills per ranked match. Over time, you will come across either enemy teams that teamkill or disconnect. Also, some players are really good and will carry you to flawless wins. Also, being in a rank like Copper or Bronze will increase your odds of quitters and teamkillers.
