Once you have access to Las Venturas go to the military base and get a tank. All you gotta do is run laps around the strip. The NPCs spawn at a pretty good rate and in large numbers making it easy if not few hours of doing it and you’ll earn the trophy. Also you’ll be earning respect for each cop you’ll kill which there will be a lot of. Also earning you a six star wanted level in the process.
