  The Cima Leon: Transmitter base is an easy one for this trophy. You can try to do this in a helicopter, but I kept getting shot down. Tanks and Bomber Jets are your best options.

  Thanks for the solution. Got shot down in a Helicopter 3 times too from jets.
  
  Also I' like to mention (because I didn't watch your Video completely). If you get killed while trying to take down the base, it won't count towards the trophy. It hase to be done in one try.
  
  So: Good old savegame backup recommended.

  I found the base in the very top left of the map in Rocca Blau to be quite easy. If you hijack a battleship you can just float near the base and potshot most of the chaos objects from safety, the ai barely seemed to care I was there.

  Is this trophy supposed to be glitched? I've tried several times, in different bases and with different vehicles to no avail.

  I don't think all locations count as bases. Also try tank or DLC2 vehicle, needs to be done all in one life without leaving the vehicle
