Just follow the below 5 videos and you will have all trophies + the platinum in just under an hour. Be aware though that if you miss a single collectable you have to play the game again.
NOTE: Make sure to pick the boy he does in the video [Chapter 0] with the green hair, he is the only one who can teleport and you need this for a few collectables.
