  Call of Duty Black Ops 3 - Sting like a Talon & Foe To Friend Achievement/Trophy Guide
  

  During Mission 2: New World, you'll come to a part where they tell you to remote hijack a talon. All you need to do is hijack it then kill 20 enemies with it, unlocking both achievements.
