  Go to multiplayer. If you are the only biker, after a couple of attempts at creating a bike race, you'll be dumped into a car race. These typically have at least 6 racers. Finish in the top 3 and save the replay after the race. That's correct. You'll get the trophy by going into bikes multiplayer and being dumped into driveclub. Easy.
