    Once you complete the Ag Centre / Highpool quest, when you return the the Citadel (the area you started the game in), they will let you in. In here on the right side is the museum. On the right side of the museum is a nuke. You can press the button to activate the nuke, but I would advise saving before hand. Once done, you will unlock this trophy.
