This trophy requires you to get 16 out of 20 skill slots on a character's gear as the same skill. It goes without saying that this is insanely difficult to do. Since there are 50 possible skills that can appear on gear, you simply can't get this trophy by just blindly farming gear.

I would open all the chests in the bonus dungeon to get the stuff that can be fused with anything. Go to Sorey's crucible in the Fields of Triumph, set the normin to Attak, and farm the crucible until you have a mountain of attack gear. If you don't get enough drops, get rid of some gear. Drop rates lower when you have too much in your bags. This also works a lot better with grade shop and Lord of the Land drop bonuses and normin bonus. Once you have tons of gear with attack % on it, fuse it into Sorey's pieces of 10 stat gear so that the attack bonuses appear in every slot. For his weapon you can also use the calcite swords, which have attack in the first slot already. If you can get all 3 slots filled with attack on everything, plus 4 slots on one other item (using the calcite sword), you will have a 16 stack.

If you can earn a ton of grade to get the 8000 grade Skill Extension battle action, you can make this easier. Skill Extension will allow you to build up the 16 stack from skill slots that have a x2 or x3 multiplier. Normally even a skill slot with a multiplier only counts as +1 stack, but with Skill Extension it counts as multiple. Items with multipliers on slot 2-4 drop on hard and above. Multipliers on slot 1 come from sanctifying gear at a Lord of the Land after fusing it to +10.
