Play tokens can be awarded for levelling up, but an easy way to get them is to use all your tokens and log into GHTV. There's a daily bonus of 5 tokens. Use them, log in the next day, and repeat. Do it every day and it'll take less than 3 weeks.
Might be worth using the tokens for Cry of Achilles by Alter Bridge, over a thousand notes on regular so will help rack up points and strums for the other trophies.
