The fastest way to get this is to wait until after you get all the other trophies. At that point you should be around halfway done with this. Next, just fight the first boss(Green Dragon) at his grotto. When the battle starts just spam any ranged ability and he should die very quickly. Do this the required number of times for the trophy.
