Ok I found this yesterday I was looking at the trophy guide on another site and they linked this trophy to another site basically you have to
- go to extra's
- cheat codes
- type in the following code - "Quimbecile" as a code to unlock all MI6 Ops and get a 4 star rating for all missions. Credit to Garrett Thrailkill
- you then go to mi6 ops you will see all with four stars choose and play one op till the end.
- unlocking all three mi6 ops trophies.
