    I can confirm you can use PS3 Rock Band 1 guitar controller on PS5 for this. Note that (at least for me) PS5 doesn't recognize the guitar as a controller, but the game will. So start the game with basic PS5 controller.

    And just like Smeds said 8 years ago on trueachievements, What's Up by 4 Non Blondes is the great song to get this trophy.
