This achievement requires you to bet on the Green 0 in the Roulette mini-game. You can find this in Jackpot after you handed Sarah the plans of Firestone. To get this achievement easily without losing a lot of money, I suggest you bet $5 dollar on the numbers 1-6 and 7-12 (that will always give $10 back no matter what the amount is that you've bet on the Green 0) and an amount that you can pick using the RS for the Green 0. Personally, I've betted $25, which grants me $300 if the ball hits it but off course it's totally up to you what amount of money you would like to spend on a bet.
