This guide will help you unlock multiple trophies. I will list each one at the appropriate time so you can switch to that guide if needed or skip to get this.
Start a MyLeague and on the first menu option, set the following:
Season length to 14 games
Conference Quarter, semi and finals, plus NBA finals to 1 game.
Salary cap to Off
Hard cap to Off
Financial Trade Rules to Off
Trade Override to On
Quarter Length to 1 minute
Sim Quarter Length to 1 minute
Injuries to Off
Then press
to advance. Press
to pick every team and press
until you get to the calendar. Auto-generate the rookies. At this point you are set to unlock
and
Now scroll down to the final date and press
to open the menu and select "Simulate through date".
When you get the notice "Your scout is ready for assignment" press
to automate.
Select No on the Trade window closing warning.
At the end of the season, press
through all the menus until the playoffs section. Press
and select Simulate Playoffs. Press
on each pop up that comes and once it is complete, press
to continue on.
Press
on each option until you reach the Offseason window. This has lots of options. The second option allows you to go for the trophy

The Grass Is Greener trophy in NBA 2K16 worth 98 pointsHire a coach from another team to be your head coach in MyGM/MyLEAGUE. One of the options near the bottom is Summer League and is used for this trophy. Skip to this and it may prompt you need to fill out teams. Set this to be done Automatically. Now select any game and play as either side. Play through the game to unlock this trophy.
