This Trophy can be obtained easily while creating a new team. To do that select "Teams and League Management" from the Main Menu then select "Create Team". Pick whatever team you like and be sure to select NO when asked about auto-filling the roster. Fill out your roster of players however you like, then pick one player and boot them from the team. The Trophy will pop when you remove that unlucky player.
