  I found this easiest in a square corridor. I just ran around the corridor and the grim reaper circled in the middle of it. I had the speed boots which helped avoiding it. Once 60 seconds is up, the trophy will unlock
  
  You can also do this within a square room. I have managed this multiple times without speed boots.
