This is obtained in level 1-3. You have to locate 5 hidden files and take them to a post box (marked with an exclamation mark (!) on the map). This is for Miss Ion. You can find them and post them before finding her or after. Once you have posted them, speak to her to complete the mission and unlock this trophy.
