Once you complete the island where Shanks is standing upon, you'll be told you completed the game's Dream Log and be given a credits rolls. When you re-enter, you'll be informed that, while you did complete it, there's still another challenge for you in the form of the Final Island, far to the north (about two islands north of the island Shanks was previously standing upon). This requires you to complete all other islands to get access to and has a suggested level of 100. You can still take this on at Lv.50 (I did) but you must be careful, as you're only given one crew member and it is an isolated part of Sabaody Archipelago's map.

You'll end up facing off against the Straw Hat Pirates, commonly in groups of two. This is probably a great episode to build up Beat ("!") to build up affinity with the provided crew member (for me, it was Hatchan, but it does appear to randomize). The grouping of officers you'll fight against are as follows (and they all revolve around the stage of Sabaody):

Round 1 (Nami / Robin) in the western base.
Round 2 (Usopp / Chopper) in the northeastern base.
Round 3 (Franky / Brook) in the southern base.
Round 4 (Sanji / Zoro) in the northwestern base.
Round 5 (Luffy / Ace / Sabo) in the eastern base.
Round 6 (All 11 officers at once) respawn and surround the stage, converging on you and your crew member.

Your primary concern should be to kill the officers and use your Kizuna Rush/attacks to clear the soldiers at the same time, as you can become quite overwhelmed with the pairing of officers attacking you at once. Thankfully, due to the over abundance of soldiers, you will never want for a Kizuna or Special gauge to fill up, so make fair use of these and your chosen character's special abilities. For me, I used Luffy, and using his cn_Scn_Scn_Scn_T attack (Grizzly Magnum) fills up Kizuna immensely if used in a dense crowd. After this, you can make quick work of the soldiers in Kizuna Rush by using cn_Scn_Scn_Scn_Scn_T (UFO) to sweep the enemies and repeatedly bash the officer to try and stun them.

You will most likely be overwhelmed when the sixth round of officers come in. The only thing I can suggest is to make fair use of your special attacks and Kizuna Rush (even using the Bond special attack if you can/want to) to focus down some characters in your immediate area or that are immediately surrounding your crew member. They seemed to be a bit weaker than their previous forms, so this might play to your benefit in using the special attacks anyway so you can try to clear them out as groups. Once you finish this island, you'll get another credit roll and Nightmare Log is unlocked (harder difficulty). If you go to re-enter the normal Dream Log, you will find that strong enemies once more litter the islands, wiping the rankings you had there and giving you the chance to earn other gold coins (some of which were only available after clearing Dream Log in the first place, like the special portrait icons found near the end).
