Directly after
Turtle Soup during Chapter 6, you'll climb up a wall and follow the woman to a tree where she will start yelling. Run past this area to the left, up a ledge where you will find a bench at the edge of the cliff. Have both brothers sit down on this bench at the same time in order to unlock the final trophy in the game.
