At the very start of Chapter 1 you will see a girl playing basketball in the yard on the left side. Once she takes a shot and misses, use little brother to interact with it and pick it up. Once you picked it up, walk it over to the well which is found nearby on the elevated area, and then drop it down the well to unlock the achievement.
