This is for 100% completion, you do not need the Chads, maps or bird books. Follow the video I've linked below and do not deviate from it at all. You should already be familiar with your surroundings.

Credit for the video goes to PS4Trophies from Youtube.

GingerJamessI followed the video and did everything in it as well as the books, chads and maps and i didn't get this trophy. Any thoughts as to why? Is there anything minor I could have possibly missed?

davem300490Hmm, I could help you with it via shareplay mate. Only thing I can think of is where he mentioned it in the video in the description

RaTheArchitectYou may walk away from the actual story parts too! Simply interact with the objects in the video and walk away don't forget the train station catwalk and it should pop at tower 5

This isn't an entire solution, but I unlocked the trophy at an odd spot yesterday. During the last stretch at the observatory, I activated one of the recording machines and the trophy popped.

At the very least, this seems to suggest that the radios are also part of this trophy, even if perhaps the TVs and phones are not (can't be sure of that).

It's also strange because I didn't get to the last cinematic cutscene. There are a couple of possibilities here:

    A) The game has a built in buffer, so you don't need to find EVERY piece of story so much as you just need to get close.

    B) The story progression is profile wide (you do have a profile save in your system for no apparent reason, perhaps this is stored here). I say this because I'm fairly certain that I didn't find that recording on my last playthrough, meaning that it was also probably the last piece of story that I had not found on a previous playthrough.

Considering the title, I'm going to guess it was the latter, but I'll leave it up to you to interpret as you will.
