After falling off your "horse" and tumbling down the hill you'll pass a parade of Knights and eventually wind up next to a tree you have to interact with in order to get an axe. Cross the river, and after dealing with the fraud trader, walk next to one of his "unicorns" and use the axe from the inventory. Do this 4-5 times and you'll get the trophy.
