Load up Sector 6, play the first bit of the level until you reach the room with a blue electrical wire running thru it, which should be the room with the second puzzle.
Jump on the block located in the right corner of the room, then continue to jump along the narrow blocks sticking out along the wall toward the big slanted ramp. After reaching the ramp, walk up it and you will soon reach a staircase, go down it and you will find the room with the developer picture. The trophy should pop when entering this room.
