This trophy is to perfect the Summoned Monster mini-game for Kaname. This means you will have to defeat the monster without shooting Kaname (outside of the targets on her body). You will know when you shoot her in the wrong place because she will say something and a line of Japanese characters will come at you.
The best way to achieve this trophy is to always hit Kaname in the red target at her chest. As soon as you do, the monster will open it's mouth exposing a yellow target. Just train you cursor over the target and shoot it as much as you can. Kaname will be swinging back and forth, sometimes covering the monsters, so make sure to take you finger off the trigger until the target is exposed again.
As soon as you finish the stage the trophy should pop.
