This Trophy can be gained during the Tower level of the game.
Upon entering the area you will notice lights off in the distance and to the left. When you get there you will notice that this is a Glyph like no other found thoughtout the game, with one difference.
After activating this Glyph you'll see a layer of sand will rise, allowing you to glide upwards. Continue to raise this layer all the way to the top of the tower. Once done, instead of continuing on to finish the level, travel back down the tower towards the second opening above the ground. Inside you should see your trophy floating around inside.
