This is for summoning 100 Egrets as Parasoul. The input for this is charge back, then forward and any of the kick buttons. I found it most easy to just throw the heavy kick version at the end of my combos, and he seems to be on screen for the lowest amount of time. You don't need to win the matches you summon the Egrets, just perform the move 100 times.
