This can be done as soon as you've unlocked the gate to dynamite heights, just run around the area utilizing the red animals to climb and dig and the gators to create bridges in the water. Make sure to watch for the little grass looking spots and run over those too. EVERYTHING MUST BE DUST!!! MWAHAHAHAHA *BOOM*
