    About halfway into Chapter 14 - Cruisin' for a Bruisin', you will reach the top deck of the cruise ship and find an abandoned swimming pool with water sloshing around in the bottom of it.

    Just jump down into the pool and run around in the water for about 10 seconds to unlock this trophy.
