  In order to "Defeat five Riot Shield enemies by running over their shield" you must first shoot at the enemy until he falls down, while he's down run toward him and push square, drake will then run over the enemies shield you'll then have to press square again to kill the enemy.
  
  The best place to work on this trophy would be Chapters 12-14
  
  repeat this process 5 times and the trophy will unlock.

  So your YouTube link is dead, and you don't need to shoot them down before jumping their shield. I jumped four or five shields without shooting them and then two more after shooting them and the trophy popped.
  
  So that's seven in all since this game's counting trophies are so buggy!
