This is the platinum trophy for the game. It will likely take you about 15 hours to complete. While you only technically need one or two playthroughs to beat the game, you'll likely want to break it up into three since all of the things you need to accomplish are very different.
You'll probably play through the game once on Normal. You can make this your completionist run if you want and try for the 100% collection trophies. Get familiar with the game and the world.
After that, play through the game on Hard and beat it however you like.
Finally, you'll need to play a game on Speedrun. Simply completing the game in this mode unlocks the corresponding trophy, but there's also a trophy for completing the game in under four hours (Overlocked). That can be unlocked in any mode, but it makes sense to pair it here.
You can do it however you like, but it'll likely get messy and take you more time if you try to fit it all in at once. Completing the game on normal after beating it on hard will probably not take more than a couple of hours.
