  First you need to go through all 5 robberies - get some platinum medals, then you can easily replay the first robbery. The first robbery the most simple and quick time and only need one partner can take place even with randomness.
  
  Robbery Fleeca. (Pt 3)
  
  1.Exploration - Platinum gets the driver.
  
  2.Kuruma - Platinum gets the driver.
  
  3.Bank - Platinum gets the driver.
  
  After completion of the robbery, it will not be available for some time. Goes completely out of the game in the console menu and then run the game, the first robbery will again be available.

  If the driver is HORRIBLE (I crashed 4-5 times) exploration can give the platinum to the drive, so drive well.
  
  You can run this fast if you own an armored kuruma, Exploration is normal, Kuruma you take your kuruma, don't leave it, shoot everyone, and then steal theirs. It takes an hour between heists (from Bank's completion to when it's available again.)

  The easiest way to accomplish this is to redo the Fleeca Job with someone. As long as you are the driver in each of the two setups and the final heist, you will get the Platinum over your partners Gold. 25 divided by 3 means you need to run it about 9 times. Has added bonus of making you money also!
