	Level 4 missions are typically small and contain few objectives but bear in mind that you still have the shuttle extraction timer which will be the same time regardless which means effectively you want to take around 3 minutes to do the mission in order to be ready to extract. It goes without saying you'll want the Cardio perk and you'll want to avoid Snow planets. You'll want to pick a mission with objectives that can be completed quickly or failed. Missions like Disarming Ordnance or Capture Areas waste time. Black Box can also take time if there aren't nearby cliffs to throw yourself off to fail the mission. Remember that all defence objectives can be failed by destroying them yourself and escorts can be killed at your hands. A Shredder missile will also come in hand if you have objectives that would require a Hellbomb.
