You set Strategy Objectives at the War council every six months all you need for this trophy is to set one and then complete it. The trophy will pop after the 6 months have passed and you have at least one completed (You can set up to 3 at a time). They are rather simple, One of the ones I completed was "Take on a quest and win 1 time."
