In order to get the trophy that's called "We Have Liftoff!", you will need to sucessfully deliver a Power Launcher.
I recommend doing this with two controllers. First, go into Versus mode and have one controller for each side. Next, pick Hitomi as your main for the trophy and the opponent being really anybody, doesn't matter who. Then chose the stage and let the match load up.
Once the match begins, pick up the second controller and whittle down Hitomi's lifebar until it is at 50%. When that happens, her lifebar should be flashing rapidly in red.
Pick up the first controller and press the following button combinations to do her Power Launcher move that's called Tensho.

, followed by pressing and holding down
and
at the same time.
Let the move charge completely and Hitomi should strike with her Power Launcher move. If done correctly, your opponent should be flying high in the air and the trophy unlocks shortly after that.
