Fixing Your Privacy Settings

To register an account and to track your trophies properly on TrueTrophies, we need to be able to see your PlayStation gaming history.

If you cannot register, or your trophies are not being scanned, it is likely we cannot see these and your privacy settings need changing.

  1. Go to the PlayStation Privacy Settings page
  2. Click on the "Gaming | Media" section
  3. Change "Gaming History" to "Anyone" and click "Save"
  4. Request a scan on TrueTrophies
