Get ready to cast your GOTY 2023 vote in the annual TrueTrophies tournament. Only the best PS5 and PS4 games released this year face each other down to earn your vote! In Quarter Finals 2, you'll need to decide: did you prefer fighting Venom and collecting Marvel's Spider-Man 2 trophies or did you have a better time facing down Los Illuminados to collect Resident Evil 4 trophies? Cast your vote down below!

Game of the Year (Quarter Final 2) — Marvel's Spider-Man 2 vs Resident Evil 4

This one might be a close match! As much as Sony put the emphasis on Marvel's Spider-Man 2 this year, it was something new. That comes with a distinct disadvantage in a popularity contest when you're facing off against a largely liked remake of something people already love. So, while I thought the game was more or less perfect in my Marvel's Spider-Man 2 review, I could easily see this swinging in Resident Evil 4's direction!

We're currently in the Quarter Finals in the TrueTrophies Game of the Year Tournament — which is slightly different from the TrueTrophies Game of the Year 2023 vote by the way! The winner from Quarter Finals 2 will face the winner from Quarter Finals 1 in the Semi Finals, which could be Baldur's Gate 3 or Hogwarts Legacy. From there, the winner will then progress to the Grand Final.
