Poll: Best PS4 games we missed — final round!

By Kes Eylers-Stephenson,

Deciding the best PS4 games is a tough nut to crack with so many genres, game lengths, accessibility requirements, and options to choose from. However, now you have a chance to finalise your best games.

Update: Highest performer, Detroit Become Human, and lowest performer, Hitman 3 have been removed from the vote for January 2023.

Vote for the best games on PS4! The community managed to narrow down the field to 16 finalists, with a few new additions suggested in the comments. Now is your final chance to get five games onto the best PS4 games list.

The best PS4 games from the community vote — final round

Let's quickly go through the method before you get down there and vote. We had a 50-game strong list that entered proceedings in the last round drawn from a list of all PS4 games. Thanks to the community votes (over 1300 of them!) we have narrowed it down to any game that managed over 3% of the total vote pool. That left us with our initial final ten games.

Finally, we went through your comments and decided to include a number of games that missed our initial cut. There were six that we felt were truly solid recommendations. So, in total, that leaves us with a final 16 which we wish could have been 15 — but look at how stuffed it is. How are we supposed to omit anything there?

All that is left is for you to vote in the poll for your favourites. The vote will be open for a long time and the poorest and highest-performing games will be slowly removed from proceedings as games are added to our list monthly. So, with all that said — have at it!
