The games leaving PS Plus for October 2024 have been announced. So, this is your last chance to earn any of these platinum trophies before they leave the service. To help you prioritize which PS5 and PS4 games to master, we've worked out how hard all the PS Plus Extra and Premium leaving trophies for October 2024 are to unlock.

How hard are the platinum trophies leaving PS Plus in October 2024?

PS Plus Extra and Premium will lose 11 games on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, some of which are heavy hitters that you're not going to want to miss out on. So, for those who still have time, we've worked out which games are easiest to platinum before that deadline, and which games might be too much of a time sink.

After that, we'll give you some recommendations and tips on what games to focus on — there are a couple of easy platinum trophies for you to earn, a couple of balanced platinums, and a solid collection of tough ones to also try and earn.

Those of you wanting an easy trophy hunt will want to jump into the likes of Gotham Knights, Dragon Quest Builders, and Dragon Quest Builders 2. All three of these games are excellent choices that will provide you with compelling stories and slick gameplay. However, all of these titles provide pretty lengthy narratives to navigate. So, make sure you have the time available.

If it's an average level of difficulty while you trophy hunt then we have two fantastic titles for you to pick up. However, both titles are from the same franchise. So, if you aren't a fan of the Dragon Quest series, then you are out of luck this month. The titles are either Dragon Quest IX or Dragon Quest Heroes.

For all of you masochists who want the hardest trophy hunt possible we offer up four stellar titles. You've got Ultra Street Fighter IV, Toukiden Kiwami, Dragon Quest Heroes 2, and The Evil Within. All of these games are going to take patience and determination, it's also worth noting that these games are all pretty long. So, make sure you have ample time to complete them.

Lastly, both LittleBigPlanet 3 and R-Type Dimensions may be titles you want to avoid altogether. LittleBigPlanet 3 now has an unobtainable platinum trophy thanks to servers being shut down and R-Type Dimensions doesn't have a platinum to earn. So, keep those things in mind before you start either title up.
