Keep an eye out for those, and check out the previously announced PS Plus Essential games for February 2024 below!PS Plus Essential monthly games for February 2024 include FoamstarsThe three new PS Plus monthly games for February 2024 have been announcedThey include Foamstars (PS5, PS4), Rollerdrome (PS5, PS4), and Steelrising (PS5)You can download all three games on Tuesday, February 6, 2024The PS Plus Essential monthly games for February 2024 include Foamstars, Rollerdrome, and Steelrising. This triplet of new games comes to PS5 and PS4 on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, and will be available for download then. The games from January 2024 will leave the service on Monday, February 5, 2024. If you want more information on all three games, I've written them up for you below.Foamstars (PS5, PS4)The Foamstars trophies will be available from February 6, 2024Platform(s): PS5, PS4Release date: Tuesday, February 6, 2024A PlayStation console exclusive, Foamstars is a Splatoon-like shooter from Square Enix coming to PlayStation Plus Essential day one as previously announced. You can see it in action in the embedded trailer above. The game is a loose-looking third-person shooter with eyes on being the next endlessly popular game. It has bright colors and features characters slipping around on foam. I suspect we are both thinking the same rather cynical thoughts from the trailer dear reader, but early impressions from various gaming outlets last year did hold promise. In any case, You'll be able to check it out for 'free' this month.Rollerdrome (PS5, PS4)Here are the Rollerdrome trophiesPlatform(s): PS5, PS4Release date: August 16, 2022Arguably the best of the three offerings in February 2024 depending on how Foamstars does, don't sleep on Rollerdrome. This dinky action game is the perfect bit of (literal) on skates carnage for weekend fun from the developer behind OlliOlli. Seriously, with clean graphics that aren't just the normal cartoony affair and slow-mo coming from every crevice, we love Rollerdrome. Check it out!Steelrising (PS5)Here are the Steelrising trophiesPlatform(s): PS5Release date: September 8, 2022Steelrising is, weirdly, kind of like Lies of P before that beloved Soulsborne came out and swept 2023 up in a violent mix of puppetry. Steelrising didn't have the same love at launch, with its soulsborne take being somewhat shrugged at by players and critics alike. You'll find the same trappings as Lies of P with eerie mechanical beasts strolling through Revolution-era France. Heck, the robot protagonist Aegis even has to try and take them all down while upgrading herself into a killing machine.Made by the developers of creeping success Greedfall, a colonial RPG that has a fair amount of legs, Steelrising will certainly test your metal (pun intended). As expected, that setting is to die for, it's just that you likely won't find most to help the action RPG stand out otherwise. So, give it a go and see if you can survive the revolution, or if you'll rust at the challenge.Check out our games leaving PS Plus, too! So, those are the PS Plus February 2024 monthly games!
