God of War Ragnarök is a huge win for PS Plus Extra and Premium users. I mean, all you need to do is read Kes' glowing God of War Ragnarök review to see just how incredible this action title is. Seriously, this is one of PlayStation Studios greatest creations by a country mile. The story is compelling, the exploration is top-notch, and the combat is next-level. You won't find a better action game on PS Plus Extra that's for sure. Now it's so widely available, it's unavoidable that this game will land a spot on our list of the best PS5 Pro games. What's even better is the fact the game has a pretty simple trophy list all things considered. As a trophy hunter that's always going to be something that catches my eyes when these new games are added to PS Plus. However, I don't think anybody needed to know that to want to jump into this absolute masterpiece.PS Plus Extra Highlight — Like A Dragon Gaiden The Man Who Erased His NameFight your way through these Like A Dragon Gaiden The Man Who Erased His Name trophiesPlatforms: PS5, PS4From one action game to another, Like A Dragon Gaiden The Man Who Erased His Name is a behemoth of a title. While originally created to be DLC to Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth, there was so much content on offer it was fleshed out into its very own game. Something that I am very happy about. The game is definitely on the shorter side of things in comparison to other Like A Dragon/Yakuza games out there. With its shorter story, it may actually be easier for newcomers to get into. While it's still a big game, there is less stuff to overwhelm you with, unlike Infinite Wealth which has an unbelievable amount of content on offer. However, the story does follow all the other games in the series, so jumping in here may be a little confusing for newcomers. Once again, trophy hunters can be happy about another simple trophy list to work through. Something that we don't see a lot of in the Like A Dragon/Yakuza series. So, come on, get ready for an action-packed epic with this one.PS Plus Premium Highlight — A PS2 Indiana Jones gameIf there are any Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings trophies, you'll be the first to know about themPlatforms: PS5, PS4You know, we might not be getting Indiana Jones and the Great Circle for a while yet on PS5, but that doesn't matter as Sony has secured us something even better. Sony has granted us the PS2 release of Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings. Sure, it might not be as graphically impressive, but it should hold us over until the PS5 release of The Great Circle rolls around. As you can expect from these Premium versions of PS2 games, it comes with a whole host of new features that will make trophy hunting even easier, if it does come with trophies that is. This classic PS2 third-person action-adventure comes with up-rendering, rewind, quick save, and custom video filters. So, grab your whip and get adventuring. Our predictions for January 2025 included Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Cuphead, and some Ratchet and Clank titles. That's three strikes for us!
