Well, the answer is yes. Now, that may be sad to some of you, but Pinball FX and Xena Warrior Princess is a combination I didn't know I needed in my life, but now absolutely cannot live without. Thanks to Xena, I am now ready to consider adding Pinball FX to the list of the best free-to-play games on PS5.Xena Warrior Princess joins free-to-play PS5 game Pinball FXStaff Writer Lee has been a big fan of the Pinball FX series, playing the series for over ten years at this point and being around when the series was still known as Zen Pinball. However, when writing up his Pinball FX PS5 impressions, Lee did have a few concerns surrounding the latest instalment, mainly regarding its attempts to copy Fortnite's virtual currencies. There was also some drama surrounding the fact that Zen Studios had decided to remove any Pinball FX DLC trophies going forward. Instead, Pinball FX decided it was going to replace all of these trophies with in-game collectibles that are certainly not as appealing to trophy hunters, like myself. However, it seems with the release of the Xena pinball table and a few other tables as well, DLC trophies are well and truly back in Pinball FX.So, all of that is to say that while Pinball FX has a few notably reasons steering me away from it, it all no longer matters. Knowing Xena is now in the game with her own pinball table means I am going to dedicate hours of my life to becoming a pinball wizard.While the game is free-to-play, the actual pinball tables cost money. Yet, I've already spent the £11.99 needed to add Xena's table to the game (it also comes with Knight Rider and Battlestar Galactica pinball tables, in case you think that price is ridiculous).While I know it isn't the case at all, it really feels like Xena was added to the game just for me. So, how could I pass on this wonderful addition to a game I would normally never play? Seriously, they could add Xena to FIFA and I would likely become a football enthusiast because of it. Did you read about how excited I am for the Funko Fusion PS5 release thanks to the game featuring Xena? Yeah, I am obsessed and I am completely okay with that to be quite honest. So, game developers listen up, if you want me to be interested in your games, just add Xena into it somehow and I will vouch for it being the greatest game ever created.
