We're probably not getting any more Cyberpunk 2077 trophies, as the game's director has revealed that the open-world RPG won't receive any more major DLC. 2023's Phantom Liberty will be Cyberpunk 2077's only expansion with trophies, which came with the base game's 2.0 update, fixing many of its major problems and adding oodles of new content. As well as being one of the best PlayStation DLCs. Still, more Cyberpunk 2077 PS5 DLC trophies would be nice.

Cyberpunk 2077 won't get any more expansions on PS5 or PS4

Cyberpunk 2077 director Gabe Amatengelo told Game File: "it's possible that there's some other little thing that comes in here or there, just because, as you're kind of messing around with stuff, sometimes you discover something that is not a high risk. Or it's easy to integrate. Or, you know, some developers have some bandwidth."
This confirms what many fans had suspected, that CD Projekt Red is now focussed on new projects — namely The Witcher 4 and the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077. We can expect there to be patches that fix bugs or maybe even add small quality-of-life features, but nothing that would warrant the addition of new trophies.

It may be disappointing to some hardcore fans to hear that there won't be much, if any, new content coming to Cyberpunk 2077, but I'm personally more excited to see how CDPR can expand this world in a full-size sequel. Hopefully, we see a much smoother launch and can dive into a fully polished world overflowing with content. That's the dream.

Even if it wasn't already up there, then the 2.0 update certainly made Cyberpunk 2077 one of the best PS5 games. What would you like to see out of the next Cyberpunk game? Let us know in the comments below.
