A few months ago, the first game to be released by Playstation First, the developmental program that Sony started to help University students learn to make games using developer kits for PS3, PS4 and Vita, was released and we have yet to hear about any other games coming from this program. As the saying goes, though, when it rains it pours.
In the build-up to the annual PAX event down under, four new games from the program were revealed. Each of these titles has a video for them with the creators giving a little bit of information on what we can expect to see from them.
Necroman is a game where you must kill yourself to advance through the level. If you live, you fail!
Rumble Academy is a multiplayer brawler game that requires you to knock the opponent off the arena to win.
The Desperate Mile is a top-down survival horror title.
Retrovision is an 80's inspired runner game.
There is no release information on any of these games just yet. With these also being little previews for the Playstation First booth at PAX Australia this coming weekend, we hope to have some extra information about each of the games then.
What are you thinking about this program now that there are some more titles on the horizon?
