Marvel vs. Capcom Games Being Delisted From PSN

By Rebecca Smith,
Recently we were given notice of the impending delisting, albeit a temporary one, for Skullgirls. Now another developer has decided to give notice of the impending delisting of their products at the end of the month.

Marvel vs Capcom 2 will be removed from Playstation Network.

Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 and the game's 14 DLC add-ons will also be removed from Playstation Network.

Both of the above titles will be removed from the Games Store on December 17th in North America and December 19th in Europe. No reason was given for their removal, but we can only assume that Capcom's Marvel licence may be coming to an end. Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds was not specifically mentioned but we aren't too confident about the fate of this game, so I wouldn't leave it too long to pick up any of the game's DLC add-ons if you want them.

Marvel vs Capcom Origins is unaffected.
