PS Plus PC now only missing one major game from July 2023 update The PS Plus PC July 2023 update has arrived a few weeks late, bringing 17 of the 18 PS Plus Extra and Premium games from last month.Lee Brady Published 11 Aug 2023 FollowtopicsIt Takes TwoElectronic ArtsEA PlayPlayStation PlusLee Brady Update: Three weeks after we reported that the PS Plus PC July 2023 update had strangely failed to occur, it seems now you can play all but one game from the most recent PS Plus update. Unfortunately, if you had your heart set on collecting It Takes Two trophies on PC, that's the title that will have to remain on our PS Plus PC missing games list for the time being. The good news is that you can now play Sniper Elite 5, Undertale, and even collect trophies in PS1 classic games like Twisted Metal 1 & 2 via the PlayStation Plus PC app. It's just a shame It Takes Two will remain absent from the service, with no comment from Sony on exactly why that is the case. Are you confused about the absence of EA's multiplayer gem? Let us know down in the comments below.Original Story: If you've been scanning our PlayStation Plus PC guide in hopes of seeing Sniper Elite 5 trophies on there, unfortunately, you're not going to find them on there. It seems the PS Plus PC July 2023 update has yet to materialize — and it's not the first time this has happened. It Takes Two, Sniper Elite 5 missing from PS Plus PC catalogWhen the new PS Plus Extra and Premium games for July 2023 went live on PS5 and PS4, they should also have gone live on the PS Plus PC app. However, as of Tuesday, July 25, 2024, we can see that the service has still yet to be updated with new titles like It Takes Two or Sniper Elite 5.As one of the major benefits of being a PS Plus Premium subscriber, you would expect the PS Plus PC app to receive considerable attention from Sony. However, this is the third month PS Plus PC has failed to add the new Extra and Premium games since last year's relaunch. Back in July 2022, headline games like Stray and Assassin's Creed Unity were missing from the PC update. Then, in August 2022, games like Yakuza 0 and Bugsnax were left unavailable. The service has been fairly stable since those early months, although nearly every month PS Plus PC is missing one or two games with every update. Of the seven PS Plus Extra and Premium updates in 2023 so far, five of those have inexplicably failed to bring every new game over to the PC app. Why, even just last month we saw PS Plus PC fail to add Soulstice and MX vs ATV Legends for reasons unknown. The list of missing PS Plus PC games, including Jak & Daxter, continues to grow. We've received no word from Sony about the problem, though that makes sense seeing as the service's biggest problem right now is Sony's lack of consistency with PS Plus. It's especially baffling in the wake of recent comments that suggest Sony wants to build a cloud-streaming future for PlayStation. It makes one wonder why anyone would invest in that future when Sony's primary cloud streaming output right now, PS Plus PC, feels like an afterthought.Hopefully, you weren't holding out on PS Plus PC to play some of the best PS Plus games from July 2023, though we can understand your frustration if you were.
