By Kes Eylers-Stephenson,

PS Plus Extra and Premium are set to lose 11 more PS5 and PS4 games for July 2023, including the much-loved cat sensation Stray.

The next selection of PlayStation Plus leaving games has just popped up on the PlayStation Store, having previously had 17 PS Plus Extra and Premium games leaving in June 2023. Leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, are the wonderful Stray, Marvel's Avengers, and PS Plus Premium's stone-cold classic Bioshock series.

Pulled directly from the PS Store, the list of leaving games was slightly delayed in updating given the new games for the June 2023 has already been added. There is an official date listed, with the PS Plus Extra and Premium games leaving on the same say as new games enter the higher tiers, meaning the following 11 games will leave on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. In the PS Plus tab of your PS5, you can check out all the games departing in the Last Chance to Play section.

Our Stray PS5 review should be incentive enough to start there — it was a PS Plus day one game that really helped get people hooked on the service. It's a bit strange to see it leaving the service, given Stray is so closely associated with it. Premium is losing the Bioshock games, so do check those out given they are seminal games. Borderlands The Handsome Jack Collection has been counted as two games, given the title bundles Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel. You can find all 11 games listed below.

If you are aiming for platinum trophies in all the games before they leave, we recommend that you get started as soon as possible. However, the Marvel's Avengers trophies are a reasonably long haul and the servers will shut down soon, so we'd recommend you truly begin flying through that now. Without any games listed on your PS Plus unobtainable platinum trophies list, you are free to tackle all the games without worry.

What do you think of the 11 games leaving PS Plus in July 2023? If you have any trophy tips or thoughts on the leaving games, make sure you leave them down below! See you there!
