PS Plus monthly games June 2023 — how hard are the new trophy lists?

By Kes Eylers-Stephenson,

The PS Plus Essential games of June 2023 have trophy lists that are harder and take longer than most PS5 and PS4 games.

The PS Plus Essential games of June 2023 are going to release on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. However, we can already give you a trophy guide for the PS Plus games for June 2023 and tell you exactly how easy and hard these platinums are to help you get ahead of the curve. If you are after something easier in this tough month, we recommend checking out the PS Plus' easiest platinum trophies!

PS Plus trophy guide — how easy and how long are the games?

There are three new monthly games for PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers in June 2023, and with that come three new potential platinum trophies for you to collect. We've put together a table with the length and difficulty of each trophy list down below to help you choose what games are right for you. If you are looking for some of the easiest PlayStation platinums you won't find them here, though they may well qualify for the hardest PS Plus platinums list!

Check out the grid below to see what trophy lists contain missables and how long each platinum should take to earn:
GameLengthDifficultyMissables
NBA 2K23 trophies 50+ hours icon
Trek to Yomi trophies 15 hours icon
Jurassic World Evolution 2 trophies 70+ hours icon
Like the easiest and hardest PS Plus games of May 2023, there are no missable trophies in the lists. However, that being said, you should really keep an eye on Trek to Yomi. As the easiest and shortest of the three games, you'd think it'd be straightforward. That is not the case. There are multiple endings, several trophies related to difficulty, and a few that are miscellaneous. There is also no chapter select, though you can play the game again, meaning nothing is truly missable. Seek out a guide before starting this one.

Sports sims and management games have traditionally had more difficult platinum trophies, and NBA 2K23 and Jurassic World Evolution 2 follow that trend. For the basketball sim, it's a case of playing every mode, winning a lot, and actually getting good — something that takes a while, let me tell you. With Jurassic World Evolution 2, you've got challenges aplenty and minimal guides online — I'd recommend seeking out some YouTubers to teach you the ropes before creating some custom parks that you can easily target a few trophies in.

Will you be playing any of these three games this month? Are you going for a platinum trophy in any of them? If you are looking for what games to be careful of, the unobtainable PS Plus platinum guide will help you dodge any broken trophy lists. See you in the comments, friends!
