If you are on the fence, you should check out our Meet Your Maker first impressions. Sackboy is leaving PS Plus Essential in May 2023Though they might not be the best PS Plus games, the three PS5 and PS4 games listed below are well worth claiming before the May 1st, 2023 deadline. As ever with PlayStation Plus Essential games, you can go and download them now to keep them forever. You are also entitled to the three games if you are a PS Plus Extra or Premium Member, though it is worth noting that there is a separate list of 32 PS Plus games leaving at those upper tiers.A final tip: you can keep these games forever once they are in your library. However, if any of the three games listed come to PS Plus Extra or Premium, like Sackboy A Big Adventure has, then don't claim them a second time. The Essential licence that entitles you to the game will be reset with the Extra tier licence. At the Extra tier, once a game leaves the service it is gone forever, so you'd lose access to the game rather than be able to access it forever as with your Essential licence.Meet Your Maker PS5Meet Your MakerMeet Your Maker trophiesPlatforms: PS5, PS4Leaving on: May 1st 2023Estimated Completion time: 50+ hoursCommunity Rating: 3.10Sackboy: A Big AdventureSackboy A Big Adventure trophiesPlatforms: PS5, PS4Leaving on: May 1st 2023Estimated Completion time: 25-30 hoursCommunity Rating: 4.20Tails Of IronTails of Iron trophiesPlatforms: PS5, PS4Leaving on: May 1st 2023Estimated Completion time: 8-10 hoursCommunity Rating: 3.85So, those are your three PS5 and PS4 games leaving PS Plus Essential on May 1st, 2023.
